The initial set up, customization and installation fee per Municipality is a one time and modest $1350. The first tier of 10 users will be $100 per month, and each subsequent tier of up to 10 users will be $100 per month.

There will be a separate fee for integration of the Complaint Tracking System into a Municipality's existing web site.
