Q: Who Is This System For?
A: Any city or town anywhere. Every municipality has to resolve constituent complaints, and the system is designed for that task. More, though, every municipality prepares an annual budget, and all department heads participate in that process. CRMunicipal is a perfect tool for that project, with its Project and Task Management features, its shared documents and files features, its shared common calendar, and its secure internal messaging system. The same would hold true, frankly, for any short- and long-range planning project, no matter the nature of that project - - building, property maintenance, zoning, licensing, you name it.

Q: When will CRMunicipal be ready to accept accounts and users?
A: The First Release Candidate is available for use now. Please contact us if you are interested in a demonstration of the system in action.

Q: How Does CRMunicipal Differ from other CRM Systems?
A: First, we believe it is the first of its kind designed and developed specifically for municipalities everywhere. Secondly, it was designed by a former municipal official and a current municipal auditing firm for use specifically by towns and cities in ways that would meet the common needs of tracking and accountability of task management and citizen complaint resolution. Thirdly, its pricing schedules are tier-based and modest. Each tier will include up to 10 users, and we assume the first tier would include the Manager, the Assistant Manager, the IT Manager, key department heads and an administrative staff person. Thereafter, each municipality will be able to determine for itself how many departments would have a tier, and how far within each department the tier would extend. In this way, each municipality can customize the system to their own individual needs, rather than be forced to accept a structure that does not fit the way in which the municipality is managed.

Q: Can the Complaint Tracking System be integrated into a Town's existing web site so constituents can file a complaint online?
A: Yes, and very simply, too. If a Town has its own web site, a form page can be added, along with a simple navigation menu addition, for a constituent to complete and submit to the Town. CRMunicipal will then add that complaint to the system, notify the appropriate person managing the system, and then track it to completion once it has been assigned to the right department for resolution. There is a modest one time fee for this integration.

Q: How can I learn more about CRMunicipal and see a demonstration?
